ORDERING INFORMATION
Candles on this website may be ordered for and paid online. Candles
/ accessories MAY be picked up from your hostess or directly from Gay Zurich in
Waukesha. Candles can be shipped directly to you, but there will be a
second charge on your credit card for the actual USPS shipping charges.
You may print and mail
an order form, or call your order in to us. You may
also pay your hostess, and have the hostess pay us. You may call or email
your hostess and give your order to your hostess. If your order is for a
home candle party, please be sure to enter the
Hostess name on the order form so that she gets credit for your order.
If you wish to pay for your order with a check or money order, you may
print out our order form and mail it to the address
listed on the order form.
If you prefer to order over the telephone call Gay Zurich, The Candle Lady at 262-547-2625 . Please
remember to provide your name, shipping address, credit card number and
expiration date.
If the candles are delivered to the hostess: shipping costs are 10% of the
order, plus a $1 handling fee, plus 5.5% Wisconsin sales tax.
If the candles are NOT delivered to the hostess and have to be shipped
directly to the destination: shipping costs are calculated as below and there
will be a SECOND charge to your credit card for the actual USPS shipping.
Also please note that the price in your shopping cart will reflect the candles
only, your actual charges will be increased by the shipping and handling fee and
sales tax. Total candle order x 10% shipping* + $1 handling x 5.5% sales tax
(Wisconsin Residents only) = Total charged to your credit card.
*shipping charge is part of the cost to get the candles to
Waukesha- NOT shipping to your home.
Please plan ahead and allow 4 weeks for delivery.
